Kwame Koduah Atuahene is a senior member of the Ghana Bar, a Chartered Arbitrator, and a leading expert who bridges the worlds of high-level legal practice and academia. For nearly two decades, he has architected and operationalised complex legal and regulatory frameworks across Ghana’s transport, ocean governance, and international trade sectors. His core expertise lies in translating policy into enforceable legislation, building robust compliance systems, and driving the stakeholder engagement necessary for successful implementation.
He is a Legal Academic at the Wisconsin International University College, where he lectures on the Ghanaian legal system and its methods and Director, Regulations, Inspections & Compliance at the National Road Safety Authority.
